I’m really disappointed to be writing this review because I have been a customer of Natural Beauty Slimming for years and have used Skinny Juice for a long time without any previous issues.

My last tub went extremely clumpy when I still had almost half of it left. I assumed it was a one-off, threw it away and ordered another tub on 9th August. At nearly £50 a tub, it isn’t a cheap product.

The new tub arrived a few days later and I used it for several days before going on holiday. Within just a couple of days of opening it, I noticed that this one was also starting to go clumpy. When I returned from holiday and opened it again, it had become really clumped together. I tried to loosen it with a spoon and ended up with powder spilling all over my worktop.

I have always stored Skinny Juice in a cool, dry cupboard away from moisture, in exactly the same place I have stored it for years without any problems. I also checked the date and the product was still well within date.

I contacted them on Facebook on 29th August and sent photographs showing the problem. I received no response.

I then emailed on 30th August, explained everything in detail and again provided photographs. The response I received was simply a generic message saying they were experiencing technical issues, that email responses may be delayed and advising customers to contact them through social media — which I had already done and had been ignored.

I emailed again on 4th September and still received no response.

It is now 15th September and I have had no actual response to my query despite contacting them several times through the methods they themselves recommend.

What makes it even more frustrating is that throughout this time I have continued to receive promotional emails from Natural Beauty Slimming advertising products and encouraging me to place more orders. Their marketing emails don't appear to be experiencing the same technical difficulties.

I wasn't originally demanding a refund or even making a complaint. I genuinely wanted to understand why this had suddenly happened to two tubs when I'd never experienced it before and, most importantly, whether the product was still okay to use. I didn't want to throw another expensive tub away unnecessarily.

Instead, I've been left with no answer and have effectively lost around one and a half tubs of product — approximately £75 worth.

I completely understand that occasionally there can be an issue with a product. What I don't think is acceptable is for a long-standing customer to contact a company repeatedly, provide photographs of the problem and ask a perfectly reasonable question about a product they are consuming, only to be completely ignored.

After being a loyal customer for years, I expected much better. Unfortunately, it isn't the product issue itself that has changed my opinion of Natural Beauty Slimming — it's the complete lack of customer service when something has gone wrong.

Bought from here before. Products arrived ok. Ordered another product. It didn't arrive. Royal mail confirmed it didn't get delivered to me. NB slimming refused to refund me even though their contract with royal mail to deliver, they didn't deliver, so merchant NB slimming has too. They've now blocked me on messenger and Instagram, and not replying to emails! Shocking. Do not buy from this company is all I can say, if they treat their customers like this. Very disappointing. If i could I've 0 stars I would. Bank chargeback done. Bank sided with me as they've seen all the evidence. 🤬 To NB slimming 🤬

Used skinny juice about a year or so ago to help loose weight and lost about a stone and half. Tried other products and not sure if they helped. Have been sent the wrong product before and wasn't emailed back about it. Ordering my third skinny juice as I've gone up in weight so wanting to get it shifted quickly! Delivery is super speedy, usually with me within 2 working days.

Came across this amazing brand and will never look back! Absolutely loving the African Mango, make me feel so good everyday, they are part of my daily routine now and can't wait to try more of their products! If you are thinking about purchasing.. this is your sign. DO IT! You won't regret it 😍👏🏼

Absolutely love the skinny juice , haven't lost much weight on it but it gives me other benefits like so much more energy and really enjoy takin it in my morning routine .
My favourite product is the African mango it stops the hunger noises which was something I had trouble with , defently recommend these producys

I have ordered from Natural Beauty Slimming for a couple of years now. Love the products. Especially skinny Juice. My favourite. Definitely works. Excellent service, quick delivery and keeps you up to date while waiting.

I have tried many products all of which are superb. My personal favourite is African mango extreme, it really helps with hunger and aids in stubborn fat around your middle. Excellent service with super fast delivery. Always someone art hand to answer any questions you have.

I started NBS slimtex duo and African mango on the 21st July so only just over 2 weeks then started on the skinny juice after the first week and I’ve lost 3lbs already! It has given me the mindset to loose the weight I have now started eating better, drinking more water, cutting out the sugary stuff and even exercising aswel! I’m not getting hungry until lunch time now where as before I would be starving come 10am and snack but the food noise has gone I will definitely be ordering more let’s see how much more weight I can loose! Very happy :)

African mango is great to keep hunger at bay especially snacking between meals

Been an NBS customer for years now and over that period tried many of their products. Some have suited me and others not so much but I really love the range of new products and I have several favourites.

The tanning products are amazing and I’ve never been able to tan all my life but these new tanning products are giving me a long lasting tan and a natural colour too and I’m always recommending them and people comment on how lovely my tan is and think I’m always going away on holiday!

NBS send orders quickly which is great and the NBS team are always on hand for any questions or there to deal with any issues.

Brilliant company and I’ll still be buying for many years to come.

I have ordered a fair few times over the years and each and every time the products and customer service have been amazing! My fav product is always the skinny juice, the flavours are unreal. I won’t go anywhere else!
