The Natural Beauty Pot was founded by Shauna Gallagher, a fully qualified Beauty Therapist, in her quest to find suitable products for her extremely sensitive skin. Shauna has always had a love of nature and recognises the powerful resource it can be, she also has a weakness for beautifully packaged things! The artisan company creates natural products in their studio in The Buttermarket courtyard in County Fermanagh. Shauna believes going back to basics, creating simple formulas with high quality ingredients, producing gentle but effective products which are suitable for everyone. The natural and organic ingredients are sourced from around the world. Products are in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. The current product range is anhydrous (free from water) and as the purpose of a preservative is to prevent microorganisms which grow in the presence of water it means we can opt out of having to use a preservative. When creating beautiful products it is important to have them beautifully packaged so we have carefully selected frosted glass jars and wooden lids as they best fit our ethical values to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Sensitive skin was the reason why The Natural Beauty Pot began and on my journey I have met many people with the same problems not able to use main stream products. Our product range has grown and changed over the years we also now create Soy Wax Candles which offer a cleaner safer burn. We have also opened a shop in the Buttermarket, Enniskillen where we stock lots of beautiful things that compliment our brand and ethos.

Beautiful baby oils
Thank you for the most beautiful baby oils for my newborn son. We use the bath oil and body oil every couple of days when we bath him. They are so delicate on the skin and helped with his dry skin especially on head. Will repurchase once the hard finished.

Really horrible
I was really excited to try out this product but it caused way too much hair loss and dryness overall despite using the conditioner. I also feel like it lived a film on my hair and didn’t clean properly. I’m going to be asking for a refund.

As per our emails, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. You ordered the Awake Organics Shampoo and Conditioner,we have only ever had positive reviews of the products and I have been using them personally for the last 18 months with great success. Below is the company's manufacturing statement.
"Awake Organics uses natural, organic and naturally-derived ingredients that are known to support hair growth and scalp health. Awake Organics haircare products are lab-tested to ensure consumer safety, and comply with Great Britain's (GB) very stringent cosmetic regulation act (Regulation (EC) No 2009/1223). The regulation sets out that cosmetics placed on the GB market must comply with European Union (EU) legislation, cannot cause damage to human health, or contain restricted or prohibited ingredients. The GB and EU list of restricted and prohibited ingredients in cosmetics is the most comprehensive in the world. Awake Organics takes this several steps further, ensuring their products do not contain DMDM Hydantoin, Formaldehyde, Quaternium-15, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), Silicones, Alcohol, Petroleum Derivatives, Phenoxyethanol, Synthetic Dyes and Perfumes, Propylene Glycol, Paraffin, Mineral Oil, or animal byproducts, some of which are used by other cosmetic companies."
The Natural Beauty Pot's return policy as stated on our website "We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition."
Obviously you have opened and used the products, and on this occasion as a gesture of goodwill we have refunded your payment.
