Excellent Customer Service
I received the best customer care from Anastasija Martinovska.
My case was handled with urgency. There was continuous feedback and update on the status.
I have not used the platform for too long. I hope to continue having the same experience. I will come back with another review after a few monts

for six month i have been working with…
for six month i have been working with this company. unfortunately almost every month i try to get my money to my bank account writing to help center. sometimes it takes me 15 days to get my money. they respond very late and no result. i really dont recommend this platform.

Very useful company for freelancers, needs a lot of upgrades before it becomes good, every month there is a delay in payments and they said they would operate normally for holidays on the support chat and then went on 10 day no response vacation which is a shame, if I had other options I would gladly switch from native teams

A solid compliance solution for Freelancers / Remoters
I have been Native teams customer as a remoter since 2021 and I have seen the product evolved. Initially there were many bugs and errors that have been now fixed and I see a great UI/UX inside the app as well as on the website. Additionally, I want to give a huge shout out to Luka who have been always there whenever I needed help + the assigned customer success manger has been a delight to work with. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a compliance solution as a freelancer/remoter. Native teams is the only platform that offer solutions that I have compared with other vendors and couldn't find.

Great solution for remote workers
Fast communication, very responsive with any concerns - even available on whatsapp. Been using them for over a year as EOR, never had any major issues regarding my salary or any support I might need.

NativeTeams is the best solution for freelancers and international business owners. It helped me save money on taxes and related expenses, and it's very useful for sending invoices. They are constantly evolving and bringing new features to light. The customer support is amazing.
I only had one issue; once, there was a delay in payment of an additional 12 hours. However, this is understandable as they needed to check the funds from a new source.
Highly recommended to anyone who is a freelancer, needs employment, and wants to save money on taxes and work expenses.
