SERIOUS WARNING — STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I strongly recommend that people stay away from this company and find another company to do business with. I wired them more than $15,000 for an engine. Before they received my money, Melissa regularly returned calls and communication was good. Once they received the wire, everything changed. Calls stopped being returned, excuses started, and I did not receive what I paid for.

This is not a small amount of money. People work hard for their money and should not have to fight to get what they paid for or get their money returned.

What is especially concerning is what I discovered afterward. Public property records appear to show approximately 37 residential property listings/records associated with the owner. In light of my experience and complaints from other customers, I believe authorities need to investigate where customer funds are going and whether customer money has any connection to these property purchases.

It has also been extremely difficult to determine the full scope of affected customers, as reports appear to span multiple states and counties, and even extend into Canada. This suggests that many people in different locations may have been impacted, and I have no way of knowing how many others have filed similar complaints in their own states and counties.

I have filed complaints in my own state and county and am pursuing legal action concerning my $15,000+ loss.

My warning is simple: STAY AWAY. Do not wire this company your hard-earned money. Find another reputable company. I wish I had.

Solid parts, no issues.

We ordered an engine and paid for it. They decided that they didn't need to send an engine and when we called, they were talking about an engine with so many miles that we would never have agreed to send any money. After months of talking to Melissa, we finally had to hire an attorney and demand our money back.

I’ve ordered from Nationwide Truck Parts more than once, and they’ve been consistently reliable. Their team is knowledgeable and helped me find the exact part I needed without any hassle. The ordering process was straightforward, shipping was fast, and everything arrived in excellent condition. The quality of the parts has been great, and their customer service is always friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely continue using Nationwide Truck Parts for future truck repair needs and highly recommend them to others.

This company is absolutely running a scam. They quickly took our money but never provided the product. When asked for a refund they charged a 20% restocking fee with zero evidence of actually having the product. Additionally, the owner - Carl Graziano will not answer a phone or email. 100% - this is a scam. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought a 2011 Digger Derrick on Ebay from these guys and they were arranging shipping. The delivery took over a month and when it was delivered, the drive shaft had clearly been dragged down the road. The driveshaft was ground down on the yoke and the universal joint had almost an entire end ground away. The yoke on the rear end to attach the universal joint was banged up, probably from the u joint bouncing off the pavement and hitting it, luckily I was able to grind and retap the u joint retainer bolt holes. After multiple calls to them, I was unable to get a hold of Carl, the guy who sold me the truck. This company does not stand behind their products and Carl is untrustworthy.

I bought a engine from these guys. They make it seem like it's pretty much ready to go. Right off i wasnt able to get them to send requested info(engine serial for verification of things). Couldnt go pick it up because it was always ready tomorrow, or the ill call you back that never happened. Only having one truck I was trying to limit downtime. Always one excuse or another from not having but 4 employees to guys out sick and having 15 orders. Finally after almost 3 weeks I requested a refund in which I'm told only the owner can do. Never received a call or even email from said owner. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card to Finally get reimbursement almost 3 months after purchase. Very unprofessional

DO NOT BUY FROM NATIONWIDE TRUCK PARTS. Complete scam. Deceptive at best. You may as well light a stack of money on fire.

Easy to find anything, the website is easy to navigate and the prices are fair. Once the order has been placed, it's just a matter of days until the delivery is completed.
