My screen was replaced at the Weston office. The staff were very friendly and the screen replaced within 3 hours. It is over 14 days now and I have experienced zero issues.

Good service and no major issues
Good service and no major issues. Though the rear view mirror was a bit loose and wobbly after new screen fitted, but managed to sort it myself without taking it back.

Lots of comms but different actions
I received lots of communication about when the fitter would arrive but he turned up 45 minutes earlier than expected without any warning e.g. a text saying 'I have to come past your house on my way to work so I will do you as my first stop at about 8.15'.
The repair is still visible (although I was warned that this might be the case) and, is possibly more visible than before.

The guys were very thorough
The guys were very thorough, and as my camera decided to not play the game, they did everything they could to get it sorted, I couldn’t be more happier with it, will definitely recommend them to everyone

Efficient service
Pity rain stoped first fitment day then had a 6 day wait without a car since Weston branch does not work on weekends.
Then fitted quickly before 9.30 am.

When I got there from start to finish I was treated well and proficiently. I was told that it may take 4 hours over the phone and it took only 1 & 1/2 hours.

I was told 4 hours
I was told 4 hours, so I arranged to be picked up at drop off time and to be taken back 4 hours later.
When I dropped off vehicle I was told 2 hours!
It was too late to rearrange a different time to be taken back.
When I went back the door was locked there was a note to ring a number and was told my keys were to be found in the letter box!
