Friendly staff but took much longer than predicted.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the repairs took much longer than predicted. When I dropped my car off at 9 I was told it would be ready before midday. When I arrived to collect it I was told it would be another hour. It ended up being another 4 hours before the car was ready, which was 7 hours after I had dropped it off. This was frustrating and made for much wasted time on my part.

Really happy with all communication and the replacement windows. It was quite a stressful time after having 3 windows damaged deliberately but you guys have been amazing.

Rear windscreen replacemt.
Sent a very pleasant young man who did a good job and offered some good advice and cleared up the broken glass.
The only down side I had to wait a week for glass th be replaced, which with all the wet weather was problem.

Great staff and work done is to a good standard.
Room for improvement:
1. Your timekeeping is poor. If you ask me to come at 12:30pm and you don’t start working on the car until 3:30pm it’s a waste of my time. Surely you can do better.
2. No water for customers in the waiting area. Kindly inform customers to bring their own.
3. For long waits, maybe the waiting area needs more comfortable seating and temperature control.

There was a slight delay in the windscreen replacement due to parts arriving broken but on the day of the repairs everything was well organised and completed really well . Thank you very much for a great job and all your help
