Easy re-scheduling. Friendly, efficient technician
The online process for rescheduling the appointment was straightforward. I had an issue that required changing the appointment date multiple times, and it was convenient not to have to contact customer support each time.
On the day of the appointment, I could track the technician's progress online. I received a call from the office providing a time frame for the technician's arrival. The technician also called to confirm his arrival time. He arrived as scheduled and informed me that he was outside by my car. I handed him my keys and chose to stay and observe the process. He engaged in friendly conversation while preparing to replace the windscreen. He was meticulous at each step of the procedure: dismantling, gluing, and heavy lifting, and he installed the new windscreen in approximately an hour and a half. The same day, I received a copy of the job note form, which included all pre- and post-photos.

Absolutely no manners whatsoever.
My appointment was scheduled for 8:00am, so I arrived at 8:00 as instructed. I saw a member of staff opening the door and approached him. He immediately said, “We don’t open until 8:30.”
I replied, “Yes, that’s fine. I’m only wanted to mention it that my appointment confirmation says 8:00.” He repeated, “We don’t open until 8:30.”
Again, I explained that I understood, but that the appointment I had been given was for 8:00am. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologising for the confusion, he simply kept repeating the same thing in a rather rude and dismissive way, he did that four times in a row like a broken record.
It was quite obvious that he was getting joy out of this, and he really wanted to trigger a reaction, which of course did not happen. When I walked in 30 minutes later, another customer walked in, they attended the other one first.
The whole interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional, almost as if he was mocking the situation rather than trying to help. The customer service experience was genuinely awful.

Sergio the fitter was a credit to his employers, he alerted me to his ETA and was personable, professional and really helpful. I was surprised at how young he was, he has obviously had good training. His customer service skills are excellent.

Awful... Closed early before returning my car
They took my car for a windscreen replacement. They closed the office 45 minutes before the published closing time leaving me stranded and unable to collect my car. There was no notification and despite promising to deliver the car the next day, they didn't do so leaving my car stuck for 3 days. On top of that it was filthy inside when it was returned.
Customer service and branch manager utterly useless.

The booking system was easy and quick…
The booking system was easy and quick to use. The service was generally good and the vehicle was ready for collection on time.
However, when we collected the vehicle which was at the end of the day, the inside of the windscreen hadn't been cleaned at all well, with surface marks over a lot of the screen and the remainder of stickers/labels, hence the four and not five stars.
