Poor booking in service
National Windscreens have provided me with a date for my windscreen replacement - but can't tell me which time slot to arrive for - 9.00 am or 1.00 pm. I have a 1.5 hour drive to their depot so what do I do - leave at 7.30 am to get there at 9.00 and be told I've been allocated a slot after 1.00.
I wish I had an alternative company but these are who my insurers use - so I'm on to them.

The team did a good job However I had to get the cars snorkel taken off by a third party. This was factory fitted and meant additional cost and time. So a full service was not required I will ask before booking alternative companies

Poor customer service
Awful customer service, wasted almost an hour of my life on hold over two separate calls only to be told they couldn’t get hold of the branch.

Service at Telford was very good
Service at Telford was very good, when I eventually got a correct appointment to replacement my car Windscreen. They originally booked me on a Bank Holiday Monday 🙈 (twice!)
