Very good service
Very good service. Staff were courteous and professional. New windscreen installed properly and in reasonable time. There’s a waiting area where I was able to get some work done whilst waiting.

Remnants of glass were left behind causing damage to boot
Remnants of glass were left behind during installation resulting in damage to the boot latch , which meant were were inconvenienced when our boot could not close and we had to call out Jeep assistance. You do not know how to help us further besides telling us to log another claim with insurance. I believe the workman who worked on the car to have been unskilled and resulted in further damage and inconvenicen for us

Friendly staff
Friendly staff. But would have liked option to choose time slot. Originally given afternoon slot to drop off car between 12 - 12.30. 2 days prior to appointment received text to drop off at 2pm.
Told by Receptionist to come back by 5pm as they close. Round trip to drop off car / pick up car was hour and half. Car was not ready when we arrived to pick it up at 4.50pm.

We understand how frustrating this must have been given your travel time. We are reviewing our scheduling and communication processes to prevent similar issues for our customers.
Poor
Poor. Took the day off work to get my windscreen fixed, tracked the technician all day from 4 jobs to 1 and then the page stopped loading. No updates from anyone, I had to call to find out what was going on and couldn’t get through to the Slough branch as they had all gone home for weekend.
I’ve paid £135 and now have to take another day off work, lose another days money for this to be fixed and I had to find this out by chasing them.
I’ve been told I won’t hear from anyone till Monday now and I can’t take my son out all weekend as I have a cracked windscreen.
