Booked easily paid online droped car off and it was done was all finished before the estimated time so really great service.

Forgot the basics of customer service
Forgot the basics of customer service. My appointment was a 4hr window from 11. I’d no phone call but popped in at 2:30 (30mins left of the 4hr window). They had only just got to my car, stating it needed 20 more mins to collaborate. Then they’d bring it in to remove the windscreen which could take over an hour, or best case scenario 45minutes.
They didn’t think to call me to let me know. Shocking service and I’m hopeful my windscreen doesn’t go again as to not have to use them

Hey, so I recently had to get my car's windshield repaired, and honestly, the service was pretty great. They were super efficient and got the job done without any hassle. The engineer cracked the screen which…
The engineer cracked the screen which he replaced and he could not put back the sensor plastic cover back in its position. He said it was the manufacturer’s fault which I thought he put the replacement screen in a wrong position as he did not replaced the rubber seals.
I reported the incident to my insurance company and I was told the original screen and parts will be put back.
I hope everything will be sorted out to my satisfaction as It was reassuring to be looked after by my insurance company as well as National Windowscreens who sent me the follow up message.

Depot great, Central contact centre appalling
The experience at the Reading depot of having a new windscreen fitted and cameras re-alligned was great and spot-on.
However - The process to obtain the booking was simply appalling.
The automated phone payment system was useless.
Emails were allegedly sent to me that I did not receive (I did check Spam!).
Passed between different people trying to resolve payment problems.
Customer satisfaction survey that repeatedly asked the same (already answered) question 3 times until I gave up and hung up!
