My windscreen was the one with all the…
My windscreen was the one with all the electrics in it. The windscreen itself was replaced fine but when i drove home none of the electrics worked. I called National windscreens and they said bring it back, I made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 12pm. They told me it would take between 30 and 120 mins, Well Ok, I walked around in the rain for two hours and then phoned to check progress wherby I was informed that they hadn't had a chance to look at it and they would need it for another two hours!!! No chance, I live fifteen miles from the site and this completley ruined my afternoon. No communication whatsover. I will not use them again and my van is still without the electrics! Very unhappy customer.

Literally, The Pits
Unfortunately I had no choice other than to go here because of my insurance. I have now changed my insurance so that I never have to deal with this shoddy, and rude company again. I had a cracked windscreen and an impending MOT. After making me walk up the road in the rain along roads with no pavements to a tesco megastore with a Costa in it (they had no client waiting facilities on site - despite these things taking 2 hours), they managed to crack the new windscreen on putting it in, and told me I'd have to return to get it replaced a week later. NO WORD OF APOLOGY. Opposing front rows in a rugby scrum would have been more polite than the bloke on reception. Because of their incompetence my MOT was delayed, and therefore I had no car for a weekend and had to drive it back with no MOT the following week. Upon the 2nd enthralling session in Tesco Costa, they managed to insert the new screen incident free - however, they couldn't take payment because they don't accept Apple Pay or whatever normal method of payment I had on me - so they had to invoice me. A truly awe inspiring lack of customer awareness or care. They are tied in to Aviva and I suspect other insurance companies to handle glass repair - so they clearly have no interest or real need in taking care of their customers. Avoid at all costs!

I am extremely pleased with my new windscreen and the manner in which it was installed. The fitter who changed the screen was very polite very proficient in what he does and replaced the screen with no problems at all.

Quick friendly service
Very quick to book had issue with wrong glass sent. Quickly sorted a replacement and fitted it quickly. Nice friendly guy came to my house and got the job done.

Hi, windscreen was all great, customer services was great, the 2 workers was friendly and polite. The only thing I would like to say is one of the gentleman was not shy about his bottom being out through out the whole process but apart from that everything was amazing.
