Just leave plenty of time allowance…
They did a great job at doing the screen, and to be fair it does say to allow max 4 hours on the email. However, when I dropped the car off I was told it would only take a couple of hours that day… and it took 4 and a half hours. To which I followed up and called, the admin team said it’s nearly done, which it wasn’t. I was completely stuck and waiting to go to work. It’ll just be great if false promises aren’t made.

It was quickly done, given advice on what not to do for a couple of days. And it didn't leak in pouring rain in the Peak district .
