My windscreen was prioritised as I was…
My windscreen was prioritised as I was waiting.
A cup of coffee was provided.
It took a little long due to the calibration communication required with Volvo but there was no hanging around required afterwards waiting for the glue to set.
The screen was a genuine Volvo part, no damage was caused and after a number of downpours there has been no leaks.
I couldn't have asked for more.

Windscreen replacement
I was initially expecting to have to wait 4 hours for my Audi Q5 windscreen to be replaced, so when it was completed under 2 hours so I was well pleased, also the job was done to a high standard and the true test came yesterday when we had a heavy downpour and I am happy to say I had no leaks

I was given about 4 hours for the job…
I was given about 4 hours for the job but it was done in an hour and I was very happy.
The rubber seal which runs on window edges is loose on the roof top side of the car

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I took the day off work as today was the first available appointment to replace my window. Waited all day, got to 3pm phoned up, they couldn't get a response from the "technician", phoned again at 4pm, they couldn't get a response from the "technician", phoned again at 5pm, told the technician has now gone home but they will sort something out today and that was over an hour ago! Absolutely shocking company!
