The Technician was helpful and courteous, making me comfortable and asking if I would like a hot drink, I waited for him to finish and the windscreen was fitted in no time.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time, couldn't replace the back window of my pickup because it has a cage on the body, got an independent company and the guy replaced it in five minutes

Replacement windscreen
New windscreen fitted and recalibrated as well in just over 2.hours. Work was done to a very high standard by a friendly and polite member of staff..Would certainly recommend National Windscreens and use them again if need be

Could get an appointment within a couple of days of a non urgent chip repair on the windscreen. Online booking system. Good customer service. Technician was friendly and repair didn’t take too long.

Messed about with wrong information
Bad fitting

Backwards and Forwards, to get the same problem fixed
Only used as compulsory due to Hastings Direct preferred partner
Not renewing my insurance with Hastings ever again if this is their idea of a component 3rd party
DO NOT be fooled with their customer response I have seen. They offered me Half of my excess, £54, take it or leave it after explaing all their bad service took place while I have been attending hospital for my 7 cancer tumours. 5 nights in hospital and then back to get a noisy windshield replacement AGAIN!!! “You have to wait a week for it to bond” a deaf man could tell it was faulty.

Job was well done with no mess
Job was well done with no mess, the chap was polite and arrived at my house within the agreed time. The windscreen was available to be fitted the day after the initial inspection. He also phoned in advance of his arrival.
