Replacement Windscreen
Replacement Windscreen, dropped car off told could take up to 4 hours and half hours later I called NW to find out progress as had had no contact. 20 mins later got a text to say car was ready quickly followed by a call to say can you be here in the next 30 mins as we are closing. Work carried out satisfactorily new screen looks great, however on the drive home I noticed glass fragments on the dash and later on the seats and in the center console. Very disappointed with the hygiene standards.

Good service
Good service, fairly quick appointment and go an earlier cancellation appointment after asking, job done quickly. I knocked off 1 star as trying to pay the insurance excess via the payment line was frustrating until given a new number at the appointment (previously told appointment would be cancelled if we didn't pay first) and even though my husband gave his number for when ready for collection the technician rang me at work.
