I called with an enquiry about an invoice and spoke to a call handler named Christine. I found her tone condescending and her telephone manner rude and unprofessional. Customers should be able to ask a question and receive a polite, respectful response. A very disappointing customer service experience.

Not really your fault but being forced…
Not really your fault but being forced into using you by my insurance company and incurring a 4 hour round trip rather than a 10 minute journey to my local Toyota dealer was bad enough. However, this was exacerbated by the fact that the first windscreen was damaged during fitting which resulted in a second visit, another 4 hours and 65 miles worth of fuel. To further compound the insult on arriving home I noticed damage to one of the air vents, looked like something hot had been dropped on it, but to be quite honest I couldn't be bothered with another round trip to complain.

Poor communication and service.
The wait time between enquiring about whether they would repair the trip was far too many days. I heard nothing from them over this period.
I tried to ring the Glasgow branch and never got an answer any time I rung and the mainline could do nothing about it other than phone the same number and not get through.
I didnt get my appointment for over a month later, although i do live on an island, its only a 2hr drive up from Glasgow and get the ferry... this shouldnt take that long.
On the day the technician did contact me which was good however i received nothing from him or national windscreens after they failed to complete the repair (I do understand that cracks arent always repairable) I still wouldve expected to hear something back and about how I'm going to get it fixed fully. But heard nothing... Just dreadful communication and service really
