Excellent Service
Technician was very helpful and polite. The repair starter at the allotted time of appointment and was completed and back to me within the time described.
He gave good feedback on how to allow time for the new screen to settle.

Home repair service arranged through…
Home repair service arranged through insurer. Technician made contact prior to visit requested photographs ensuring he had necessary equipment etc. He arrived promptly was courteous and professional throughout visit. Wouldnt hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

Garage service was excellent, but information was not so good
On the day the service was excellent. The first appointment didn't happen because the windscreen hadn't been delivered. I was told beforehand by the main office that I should allow 4 hours for the repair. In practice it was only 90 minutes so it changed my plans for the day. I had to return earlier than expected to collect it.

You managed to come a day earlier which was great. Arrived completed the work and all on-site as we continued to work. Job done and no new windscreen required.

Time lag
When I managed to arrange an appointment everything went very smoothly and the job was done quickly
Unfortunately I had to wait two weeks to gat an appointment As the window had a huge two foot crack on it I did not feel safe using the car So for a fortnight I was walking with no transport
