Punctual, polite and efficient.
The guy who came arrived on time (possibly his first call of the day) and took the trouble to explain what he was going to do. It eased the pain of having a damaged windscreen.

difficult job
I had to wait several days for the unusual screen to be sourced, and someone had to drive to Exeter to get a screen from a competitor.
The man who did the fitting was excellent. V pleased with the result.

Very easy to book and swift service.
Far better than autoglass, who seem to feel that by getting an aggressive call centre operative to call me, stay on the phone after I've told them I'm sorted and to leave, who then forcefully tells me she needs to speak to the policy holder despite me telling her I'm doing it for my wife!.. don't touch autoglass, trust National windows...

Fears calmed on 2nd visit.
I was quite disappointed with the first visit but all was rectified on the second. Clean and efficient service. No call-back and don’t expect any.

I found everyone friendly
