Don’t expect to much and you won’t be disappointed
Windscreen was fitted correctly so for that all good.
But waiting room and toilet are like a mechanic’s mess room, not what you expect at all, also freezing cold waiting 3 hours for window screen to be fitted.
Website is really bad and needs updating as experience leaves you thinking if you have traveled back to 1990

My Nissan Qashqai’s windscreen
My Nissan Qashqai’s windscreen developed a crack, and after receiving mixed feedback about National Windscreen, I consulted my insurance company, who recommended their services. Prioritizing cost efficiency, I chose National Windscreen. Their agent promptly scheduled a convenient appointment at their Dartford Centre, where I was met by courteous staff. Although I anticipated the glass replacement would take several hours, the work was completed within just two hours. Since my car’s windscreen includes an ADAS safety system, I appreciated the expertise demonstrated by their technicians. The replacement was carried out efficiently and without issue, and I collected my vehicle on time with no damage or faults. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

I am currently very unhappy !!!
I am currently very unhappy with the service from National Windscreens. After the work was carried out, I noticed that the interior upholstery of my car was left stained. I am now in discussions with them regarding how the damage will be repaired.
When I went to collect my vehicle, the employee I dealt with was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
There is also no clear reception or collection process, leaving customers unsure who to speak to or how to collect their vehicle.
I would like to add that I chose this service only because it was required by my insurance company, not by personal choice. I hope the issue will be resolved properly, but so far the experience has been disappointing.
