Top technician. Communication with company not great.
I have given a five as the technician Barry was brilliant. Excellent job and extremely helpful with his advice and more importantly a very nice person.
Had the score been for communication it would be a 2 at best. I asked for a clearer indication on time either am or pm and there was no response. Other companies are much better in providing information and appointments. I simply had an 8 hour window!

The technician was brilliant
The technician was brilliant, explained everything including the risks during the repair process. The repair to the windscreen was carried out quickly and efficiently. The technician was polite and courteous. Unfortunately the down side was we asked for a morning appointment as we are both disabled and despite our request we were left until the last job, which meant I had to cancel another appointment waiting all day for the technician

Mechanic was great
Mechanic was great. But the info given before the visit was unhelpful. Booked for 12 as blue badge holder. Appt changed to 10am over weekend. Told take 4 hours. Mechanic said it would take about 1 hour and a half and ee would get a text when done.
Walked with difficulty to bus stop and caught 10.48 into town.
Kept eye out for text about a couple of hours later ehilst having a drink just happened to check emails. Was horrifued to discover one timmed 10.50 I think saying it was all done.
Got next bus out to Broad Oak Rd.
If we had known it was going to be done so quickly we wouldnt have left. Explained that we wearnt very happy about no text.
Came home to Dover and so exhausted that we went to bed.
Also wc had no paper towels.

Booking was easy however very busy. First appointment was two weeks after the widescreen cracked.
Managed to get an earlier appointment if I traveled to a different site.
The service from the guys at the Canterbury branch was excellent.

I was told not to clean the screen for 3 day.
However, the screen was dirty and smeared.

Appointment time was later than agreed
No facilities were offered whilst car was there. When I asked about buses, not much info was forthcoming
