I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. National Windscreens has completely wasted my time with three separate appointments, and my windscreen is still not replaced.
• 1st Appointment: They canceled the fitment because they ordered the wrong windscreen.
• 2nd Appointment: They finally tried to install it but broke the glass during the replacement.
• 3rd Appointment: A technician came to my address but couldn't do the job because he didn't have the top trim.
The sheer lack of competence and preparation is unbelievable. Avoid this company if you actually want your car fixed.

The screen is perfectly replaced and help to clean up broken glass in my car but finally I found that I have missed 3 protein bars and a power bank with wire

Slow Service and appalling customer service
I was left a voicemail to come early. However I waited 4½ hours for the replacement.
The branch has dangerously wobbly tables, no drinks machine and a pretty poor customer service.
The lads spend so much time talking, when in fact they could have done this job in half the time.
Nationwide recognition however a poor service all round.
READ THE RESPONSE... A COVER UP STORY ... THEY KNOW ABOUT THE TABLES AND DRINKS MACHINE. NO CONTACT MADE WITH ME..... DISAPPOINTED THROUGHOUT
