Not a good image
We were down in North Devon this past week on holiday and had to use National Windscreens in Barnstaple. We were met by a nice young man as we pulled up and handed over our car to him and he said we will be contacted once it was finished. 2 hours later we walked back after not receiving any communication to find it was ready but the language being spoken in the workshop was shocking but not as bad as the music being blasted out. I told my other half to take the kids away and spoke to the person in the office but he was more interested in his own mobile, not a good image at all for a nation company and hopefully don't have to use them again.
What we also found interesting is the email with the paperwork showing the images of the job and the completion time which meant we could have collected our car a lot earlier if they could have been bothered to contact us, also it was signed as CNP even though we were there to drop it off and collect it. Hopefully it dose not leak but we are getting a squeaking noise which looking on google sounds like the glue is still drying

Friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease
They were very friendly on the phone, and face to face. They were also prepared to go out of their way to help me get to an appointment on time. Fortunately, I didn't need the help, but I very much appreciated the offer.

Great service
I claimed on my car insurance, they booked me an appointment in that same week. I dropped my car off at their unit and picked it up in the same day. Fantastic service, thank you national windscreens
