Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, they admited kicking in windscreen to get window out and this caused damage to dash, also paid for camera calibration but they said they completed but have not as still not working , the camera was working fine before car went in for new window, cowboys, better going else where the services provided are professional

The booking was straight forward and…
The booking was straight forward and the in person service on site was excellent and professional. I was kept informed and the job was completed quickly to a high standard. There is a small area to wait or within a 5 minute walk is an excellent cafe which was a bonus.

The manager had a shortage of staff but…
The manager had a shortage of staff but good communition between him and myself we got the job done, I was expecting to have a new windscreen to be fitted, but with great skill he managed to fix the chips and hay ho we was good to go....

Poor, unprofessional service!
Carried out a poor windscreen replacement initially, wasn’t sealed properly, horrendous wind noise when driving over 50mph. Then cancelled (at relatively short notice), an agreed appointment to rectify, but rescheduled for a couple of days later. Did not turn up for that appointment, no communication, just a no show. So unprofessional!

I was second on the list at 9.30am
I was second on the list at 9.30am , didn’t turn up till 1 pm , so tracking driver didn’t really work to give me any idea when he would arrive.
Chip looks the same before & after so bit disappointed .

Easy booking process and simple to get…
Easy booking process and simple to get my windscreen schip repaired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note I was told it should take under an hour but I was there for just over 1hr 40 min but it's not the end of the world.

Don’t bother phoning around other inferior companies
After being completely messed about by a well known windscreen company, I was most greatfull to National Windscreens at W-S-M who were simply outstanding in their knowledge and general professionalism and had me booked in quickly and my Jeep Wrangler in and out well within a couple of hours. 10/10 from me and then some 👍

A stone chipping 2-3cm rare repair.
Thank you for the service. The staff were polite and helpful, but unfortunately I am not completely satisfied with the repair after a week though at that time the repair seemed be a fair repair with a ignorable scar. But in a two weeks time and a thousand mile drive the repaired area has developed a very small crack which appears to be growing. I understand that a repaired chip may leave a small mark, but I did not expect any micro crack to become a macro crack, at all. Urgent action and response is need to stop it from spreading. I hope the the company will take necessary action to sort it out.
