The website needs help
I like your products and your web site is not terrible to navigate. You were out of stock on the tool I really wanted so, I had to order an alternative tool to meet free shipping. The website could use some help on narrowing down the tool you are looking for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are glad to hear that you like our products, but we want our website to be more than just "not terrible" to navigate—we want it to be great.
I am very sorry that the specific tool you wanted was out of stock, and that you had to select an alternative just to meet the free shipping threshold. That is definitely not the ideal shopping experience we want for our customers. I will pass your notes along to our inventory team so we can work on keeping our most popular tools stocked.
Your feedback about our search filters is incredibly helpful as well. We are always looking for ways to improve, and our web development team is currently looking at how we can make narrowing down and finding specific tools much easier.
We truly appreciate your business and your honest review. If you need any assistance with the alternative tool you ordered once it arrives, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We do have categories that you might try next time. Or please call us we would be more than happy to see what we can find or tell you when the item will be in stock.
