First purchase here
First purchase here. Great customer service and delivered on time. Package could have been better padded for a 5 lb battery containing device. A little beat up during shipping. Scrunched up brown paper around the inner box was no match.
Otherwise device survived and appears to be working properly. The price I paid was the best of several retailers. I will shop this vendor again in the future.

Thank you for choosing us for your first purchase and for taking the time to share your experience! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our customer service, competitive pricing, and fast delivery.
We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the packaging. A 5 lb battery-powered device definitely needs robust protection, and it's clear our scrunched brown paper fell short of the mark. We are incredibly glad your item arrived safely and is working perfectly, but we want to ensure every package arrives in pristine condition.
I am passing your notes directly to our warehouse and fulfillment team today so we can upgrade our protective materials for heavier electronics.
Thank you again for your business, and we look forward to serving you even better next time!
