Price was great
Price was great. Order was accurate and shipped in good time. My only complaint is that the gloves that I ordered were described as size 10 but the sku indicated size 9. I ordered hoping they were size 9. Thankfully they were.

Pricing error
Had many positive experiences with NTW but the latest one was not good. Tool was advertised at a price and the order went through a couple hours later the order had been canceled do to pricing error. The price was about 30$ off. I offered to meet them in the middle on pricing but there was nothing they would do. I don't think I will be buying from them again.
