After many attempts for support both…
After many attempts for support both via phone and emails there have been no responses. I would not recommend this company.
Sales calls get answered in seconds and support not even in an hour.

They were dishonest
They were dishonest about the rate we would be set at. It was twice the amount. When we called to discuss all we were told was basically sorry, that person no longer works here. We were also told an integration existed that actually did not. We have had holds placed on our transactions despite having shown them several times we conduct large transactions on a regular basis. Every transition that comes through is flagged as fraud. They have been a pain to have. I would never do business with them again.

We are deeply sorry for any miscommunication regarding the rate and the unavailability of the promised integration. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Rest assured, we have created a support case to address each concern and find a resolution.
Very slow time to deposit funds
When I signed up with your Company I was told it will take 2-4 days for an ACH to be deposited to my account. It is taking 4-8 days to process an ACH.

Typical funding for ACH is 5 to 7 business days. As per our records, your account is currently set up for 4-day funding. However, we do offer faster funding options upon approval. Our support team will be in touch with you shortly to assist you in the process of requesting faster funding.
We review such requests on a case-by-case basis, and while it is uncommon to get faster funding for an ACH account, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Easy to transfer
Easy to transfer. Understandable fees. Someone miskeyed our bank account number. Deposits were delayed. After notifying you, it was corrected in a timely manner.
