Good after sales work.
Having spoken to the manager I need to revise my review, he had been incapacitated and his team had not collected his email or voicemail, he has now sought to address the problem and hopefully it will be the case that this is so. I am awarding 4 stars not for the original service which was not great but for the genuine effort the manager has put into resolving the matter. We are quick to condemn I trust this shows that some of us are as quick to praise.

I am very sorry you feel this way but as explained over the phone the majority of the delay was down to my own hospitalisation. All the staff now know to check emails daily if for whatever reason I am unavailable so hopefully this situation will not arise again so thank you for the original feedback bringing this matter to light. I trust we have now settled this matter to your satisfaction by sending out more cartridges by Royal Mail 1st class. If and when the others do turn up please keep them as a gesture of good will.
