So I had a back to back refresher course with John Knight, unknown to the company I probably couldn't of been paired with someone better, was greeted with a handshake, he knew I was a tad nervous, but put me at ease very quickly, everything was relaxed but professional, note though the company director needs to bring his biscuit game up! 😂 literally nothing bad to say about my courses.
John is definitely not a guy to let you slip up, gave me solid advice from the get go, actually really impressed over all, 5 stars no questions...

Steve did a great job today in refreshing my memory with regards to the training course. The video playback quality was not great today, but overall good experience

Completed Transport Manager CPC with trainer Wayne Reidie. Was a great course and Wayne is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. It’s easy to take for granted how difficult it is to hold the interest of circa 12 people over a Teams call for 5 full days. The content at times is quite heavy and intense and even through these areas, Wayne keeps the course engaging with knowledge checks, quizzes and anecdotes throughout, along with phrases and rhymes to remember the content that really do stick in your head!

I did find the course info/materials and timings NCT provided could have been better communicated. I had to email Wayne on the first day to get the Teams link to join which made me 5 minutes late and this was the same for several people on the same course who hadn’t been given the information in time. Another of the attendees went without their reference workbook for 3 of the 5 days as this had not arrived in the post in time. I made lots of notes and referred to my workbook a lot and found it unfair that he had to go without those materials for that long.
I did find NCT difficult to get hold of for any assistance by phone or email but once I got Wayne’s direct email address he was able to answer all queries for me which was great.

Overall, great course and content but this was enhanced by Wayne’s presentation.
Thank you for your support throughout, I’ve got my results and have passed both parts of the exam which I’m really happy about!
I’ll see you in a few years for some refresher training!

Day 2 of CPC this time with Steve and amazing how much has changed and how much i have missed or forgotten in 6 years, its a learning curve for me.

Transport Manager CPC refresher course with Wayne Reidie.
Fantastic course with plenty of interaction throughout the 2 days. Wayne has great knowledge, asking the candidates questions and also giving great examples through his experience in the transport industry.

The course was really well delivered by an experienced instructor who had worked both as an HGV driver and a Traffic Officer. His knowledge made the subject much easier to understand and brought everything to life. He also had a great sense of humour, which made the lessons enjoyable and kept everyone engaged, even with topics that could have been quite dry. At the same time, he made sure we were properly prepared for the exam and knew exactly what we needed to focus on. Overall, his mix of practical experience and clear teaching made it a really valuable course that I would definitely recommend.

The NCT TM 2 Day CPC refresher training course has been an excellent experience. The course joining instructions, structure, and syllabus were very good, delivered by Wayne, who is very personable and has a high level of tacit knowledge to make our complex, highly regulated industry feel easier to grasp and understand through his approach. I recommend using National Compliance Training for your CPD and refresher training needs.

I completed the Transport Manager Refreshed course, hosted by Wayne - it was a great and very interesting course, packed with information and a great opportunity to top up knowledge. Wayne was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Couldn't ask for more!

Today's course on accident awareness was very concise and made me more aware of all the factors involved in the causes of accidents and how best to avoid being the cause. Thanks to the professional guidance of Steve, we should all be safer drivers. Many thanks for you contribution to road safety.
