Incorrect Ingredients
Ordered their Garam Masala based on the ingredients listed on the web site. The ingredients in the product delivered were totally different to those listed.

No response to emails
My husband bought Natco multigrain flour from Tesco,when we kneaded the dough and made a chapati of it, we came to know that it was full of gritty texture. My husband took the bag back to Tesco but they refused to return it. Then I emailed Natco on 16th of September. I got a reply next day to email at a different email adress. I emailed again on 17th of September and till date there has been no reply at all. I have sent them a reminder today and decided to drop a review here. Pathetic customer service on part of Natco.
I ordered 2 bags of 5Kg "Natco Basmati" rice on 25.02.2025. The bags (batch no. BN0015) that came contained very poor quality, tasteless, long-grain white rice, which is not from the 'Basmati' family of Rice. (In parts of North India, it is called No. 9 rice and is sometimes peddled deceptively as Basmati to the unsuspecting and unfamiliar.)
Repeated emails and calls to Natco (based on website information) have gone unanswered.
Purchased wall nuts 2 bags each 700 gm and moment you open foul smell and stale smell. I don’t know what to do with them now literally bad they are . I am sure it should be raised to food standards agency of uk and should be investigated.
Bought a large bag of NATCO Walnut halves BBE Dec 2025 (£8.50) but when I opened the bag there was a smell of rancid oil and the taste was awful!!!! Ive had the same problem a while ago with a bag of mixed raisins etc. It literally smells like the bottom of an old chip pan !!!!!! They 'glaze' some of their products with Oil (not sure if they do that with all their dry fruit and nuts BUT, I can only assume its either old oil that they are using up or its gone rancid during storage. Wont buy NACTO ever again : (
Placed a £17 order, they cancelled £11 of it (out of stock), shipped £6 worth with £3 postage, despite asking three times to cancel the order, as the postage made it prohibitively expensive.
No response. The worst customer experience ever.
Customer service is not existent.
4 attempts to speak to the relevant member of staff for my enquiry plus 3 emails, nothing.
Excellent products, delivery and last but not least Customer Service. I had forgotten to add some cinammon to my order. Contacted CS (Michele) as I didn't want to have to pay for another postage and doing this online would have cost me. Michele added the cinammon and sent me an invoice that I then paid online. Swift, efficient service. Wish more companies were like this. (I also like that fact that their delivery company DHL was excellent service too.)

I now have a disability and immunosuppressed so had to buy my Indian groceries online. Natco is a good quality and they have really good prices , even better then Amazon.
I just ordered a few days ago and phoned up to see when I will get my delivery and I was told it is on its way and I will get it tomorrow .

Excellent quality spices at a good price. Need to allow a week for despatch/delivery but that's not bad. Recommended.
I placed an order and a week later I discovered they hadn’t even despatched it. Considering there is a postal strike I think this is very bad.
I emailed them and said I wanted to cancel the order. They responded immediately and agreed to cancel and refund the money. The reason I have given them 3 stars instead of 1 star, is they responded immediately AND did not pretend they couldn’t cancel so I think they deserve a little credit for that despite the inconvenience
