Good customer support & fast product response.
Ordered a Synology NAS from these guys. It wasn’t in stock initially and I emailed them to ask for information. Someone from customer support replied in at most one hour with details. I got the NAS a few days later in perfect condition.

Good description, quick enough delivery without promising shorter delivery that is possible.
Would be nice to have a proper filters in catalog and NAS brands which do not lock software environment.

When I need latest and greatest gear they deliver
I turned to them a few times when my local distributors did not have the latest and greatest gear. The experience was always outstanding.
I wish the shipping would be cheaper though. 24 euros is on the expensive side.

Very good equipment
I bought a Synology NAS disk, it has a lot of features and the system works very well.
For those who are not familiar with the system, like me, it can be a little complicated to configure, as there are many features, but once configured it works very well.
Purchasing in the store was very easy and shipping was more or less quick, considering that it came from the other side of Europe.
