Napthens managed the conveyancing of a property
we recently purchased.
They offered and delivered a very professional service that did not just live up to our expectations, they excelled and exceeded them.
Communication was excellent throughout. This was a process we were unfamiliar with but the way in which they managed it, gave us an in depth understanding of what was happening and so we had no surprises to shock or unnerve us and, if we had any questions, they were answered without undue delay.
The way in which they conducted business meant we were devoid of unnecessary stress, and so were reassured and had faith in all they did.

Napthens kept us up to date throughout, consulted with us, guided us, advised us and educated us by providing detailed explanations on each stage as we progressed through the process.

We highly recommend them for their professionalism, integrity, due diligence, advice and support. An excellent service which we will use again for property issues and any other legal matters.

Me and my partner were recommended to use Napthens as our solicitors could not conduct self build conveyancing.
We wish we had looked at similar reviews before signing a contract with Napthens due to enduring months of stress and doing 90% of the leg work ourselves to be charged a hefty invoice.

Napthens defended a client against a claim I had made in regards to an incorrect 'drive off notice' I had been issued at a local garage.

There were many issues. Not least, the junior solicitor assigned to my case sent me another client's highly sensitive legal documents. Astonishingly, despite my complaint being highly Data Protection orientated,, they passed it off as insignificant.

It was not insignificant to me.

The ICO is looking into this for me and I will update. In the meantime, I encourage you to exercise caution when using this company.

Sally and Greg provided a great service during the sale of my apartment. They kept plugging away through 3 solicitors on the buyers side and although it did take longer than expected, they finally pushed it over the line for me, thank you.

Thought things were going well untill I Got emails from our estate agents saying our cash buyers were going to pull out due to paperwork not being in place. failed to communicate important information, forgot to do id checks, add my name onto account which I only found out when I rang them as they didn’t have a file with my name on. forgot to update myself of any changes my ex made which I only found out when I queried some wording in an email, this then ended up costing double the original quote. Also agreed to hold moneys then decided they wouldn’t do this once I’d signed the forms.

The service from start to finish has been excellent, i would certainly recommend this company going forward

when dealing with lawyers be prepared to younger lawyers changing jobs. Self -interested. Make sure your your verbal instructions are follored up by e - mail stating the same. In spite of that they will ignore your instructions.

I chose Napthens (Helen Lucking) to deal with my divorce because they have an office in Lytham so convenient and easy parking available. The service I received from Helen was not only professional but also her handling of my divorce was dealt with care and understanding and I felt she represented me perfectly in how she handled all the nonsense my ex flung at me.
