Amazing customer service over the phone!
After many back and forward emails, misunderstandings, I had called the customer service of NannyPaye to help sorting out an issue. I had called on two separate accaitons and talked to two people over the phone explaining and finding out about my situation why my matter was not resolved. Both of them were very professional, with clear communication and patience. Also very comforting, understanding, polite, kind, true gentleman. They have investigated, explained everything to me and with fallow up emails the issue was resolved.
I am so grateful for all the help, thank you very much NannyPaye!
Wouldn't recommend.
I signed up 2 years ago and had a pretty awful onboarding experience. The CEO followed up and discussed with me directly and asked me to remove my original review.
I renewed again largely because I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another provider. Response times are slow, and explainations are convulated and unclear. I was hoping for a service where I wouldn't have to do much besides make a monthly payment, but unfortunately there's a lot of double checking the work of Nanny Paye. There have been numerous emails where they incorrectly reference people and figures.
I dont think they're equipped to support nanny share families, and have told us, essentially it is up to your nanny to set aside some of her pay to pay HMRC at the end of the year. Excuse me? What is the purpose of your business? Isn't the point you calculate how much I pay my nanny, and how much tax I'm meant to be sending HMRC?
Revision: avoid, terrible customer experience for families and nanny. They've informed us, that our nanny needs to save part of her salary to pay her HMRC at the end of the year, in addition to what we're paying HMRC. Continuously poor communication. There are other competitors, explore other options I implore you.

NannyPaye provides an excellent service. They are very well tuned in to the needs of working parents who need to employ a nanny but have very little time to focus on the admin details. I really appreciate the regular reminders such as when to pay HMRC. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone to take on all the hassle for you and provide expert guidance and support.

Brilliant service
I have used NannyPaye for a number of years as a payroll and pension service for our Nanny. The service has been absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them without hesitation. The service is very professionally run and staff have always been helpful when ever I have called with any questions. They have helped us with managing maternity leave for our Nanny, the introduction of the pension requirement and skilfully guided us through the unfamiliar territory of being an employer.
