I've been taking the Naked Marine Collagen for about two weeks and I love its versatility! I typically put it in my protein smoothies (it has 11g of protein in one scoop which is great) and never has an aftertaste. I also use their Vegan Mass Gainer which is amazing because of its lack of aftertaste.

I love mixing a collagen powder with my coffee. I always see rapid hair growth which is helpful during postpartum. This one has 9g of protein per scoop and is great addition to adding protein in the morning. I've used with a frother and just a spoon, the powder dissolves easily with both. It tastes great alone. I like
creamer with my coffee but this has provided a balanced alternative to just regular creamer.

I love the Naked collagen powder! I throw it in my coffee or smoothies and I don't even know it's there.

I got the Naked Nutrition collagen creamer. I've been on the search for collagen since experiencing postpartum hair loss & I drink coffee almost daily so finding this two-in-one has been a game changer. I love the smell & taste of caramel. I also think you get a lot of product for the price so that makes me happy too!!

Was looking for a good collagen powder with CLEAN ingredients and this is it!!!
This collagen mixes so well into any hot or cold drink. No clumps or strong taste! I love adding this to my morning tea or a warm cup of bone broth. Doesn't add any flavor which is perfect. I'm so glad I found a way to boost my collagen AND get some extra protein in. 10/10 recommend.

I ordered the Strawberry Banana Naked Shake protein powder and love that the taste is not too strong or chalky. It also mixes very well with almond milk which is great for my sensitive stomach. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love Naked Marine Collagen Peptides! The unflavored version is perfect because it easily blends into my smoothies, matcha, and even baked goods without altering the taste. I appreciate that it's made from wild-caught cod, and it's a high-quality source of collagen. I’ve noticed improvements in my skin and joints since incorporating it into my routine. Highly recommend!

No problems with delivery. I love the product. It was near impossible to find plain whey powder anywhere. I saved a lot of $ buying the giant tub. My experience has been good so far but I haven’t dealt with customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Reiterating what everyone else on this page has said… do not buy any products from this company.

Their supplier completely lost my order and instead of customer service issuing me a refund or sending another order, they blame the customer instead. I just lit $90 on fire by ordering from this company.

My experience with Naked wasn’t good. I had a subscription for weight gainer. It was expensive but I stuck with it. They changed their shipping policy and my charges went up significantly. I called up and asked them to refund me (adjust my total) I don’t feel like they should blindside a loyal customer. Their customer service was abysmal. It turned into a blessing in disguise. I now make my own and it’s far superior. Naked nutrition treats their customers poorly in my experience, and they’re way over priced.

Customer service feels like a scam. Wanted to return an unopened bottle, which is fine according to their policy.. how ever they charge double the shipping cost for a return. Seems like a shady way to try and have people not return their product.

Terrible customer service. Their website automatically defaulted my shipping address to my old address. Their customer service said there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for it to be returned to them. They wouldn’t cancel the order. I contacted UPS and they told me there was nothing they could do and it was all up to the shipper. This used to be a good company to order from. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else.

This product is not that bad, however, I concur with the other reviews that the customer service is absolutely dreadful. Recently, my order was shown as delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Naked Nutrition and their only response was to wait a few days and see if it showed up. I kept reaching out to them via chat and email (you can call - but you get referred to an answering service who says they will email you). First I got the "wait" response, then when I pushed it, they said they would talk to their distributor and get back to me. They did not respond until I again reached out to them. Then they refused to refund or replace my order "because the distributor maintains it was delivered"!!! This was shipped via Amazon logistics and there was an Amazon order that was supposed to come with the same delivery. It also was never delivered. In the time it took Naked Nutrition to say, "We believe our distributor over our customer," Amazon had sent me a replacement and I had received it. Naked Nutrition did, grudgingly, say as a "one time courtesy" they would send a replacement. I waited until the order shipped before I wrote this as I was concerned they wouldn't send it after all. I had a terrible prior experience with them as well - I decided to try a different product once and it was horrible. They would not let me replace it (most other companies allow for this). This company does not care one whit about its customers, and I can assure you I will never use their product again.

HORRIBLE customer service. There are no humans that will speak with you on the phone (other than what they call their “answering service”…people who claim to “forward your information”). No helpful email responses. Totally evasive and will not resolve any issues. These are $50 bottles of powder that you are stuck with if there’s a problem. A “health” company treating customers like a disease. Buyer beware.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. the goat whey protein powder is absolutely awful, it gets foamy and comes to a weird texture any time you mix it into your smoothie, yogurt, or anything else i find. I wouldn't recommend this at all. I reached out to the company and they said sorry, too bad.

I waited an entire month to have a return refunded. I had an auto shipment that I forgot about that processed. The item was $18 with $7 shipping. The day the item shipped I let Naked Nutrition know I will be Returning as it was a mistake. When I got the order they asked me to open the box and prove to them with photos I did not open the container ????

So I did that in August. I retaped the box and shipped it right back. The said $8 of shipping fee would be deducted. Kind of sucks they don't do hassle free returns since I told them the day the order processed it was an accident. I told them fine take the $8 again even though I paid for it to be shipped to me .

Well today they've refunded $9.99. let's do basic math. Spent $25 to get $9 back and covered all the companies shipping expenses there and back. The company doesn't have the best interest of the customer in mind if they make them pay for the entire return. Most companies have return labels that are free. So that's my complaint.

They made me jump through hoops just to prove I did not use a product I told them I never wanted and wasted a ton of time and money. Honestly been ordering naked mass from them for years but their experience has me looking for a diff vegan mass gainer. Don't like being nickle and dimed by mega corporations.
