Quick response, clear advice
Our pump had to go in for repairs and I needed some advice on how to manage our pool (which has a new Naked system and vinyl liner) while the water wasn't circulating. Tim responded quickly with clear and easy-to-follow advice, with routine follow up to make sure everything was going OK.

Best Ever Pool.
Love taking a pool water sample on and being told my pool is perfect. I love my naked pool system and can compare to previous experience with chlorine and salt pools to be able say it is the absolute best. I don’t feel like I need to shower after a swim and can swim a few times a day.
I had no handover from my pool builder so when I phoned the naked pools helpline I was delighted to get helpful response and start enjoying my pool. The np rep had recently been to Clark rubber pool shop so the guys there have been able to help too.
Thank you naked pools for your so important after sales service.
