Amazing Early Careers Coach!
I’ve known Nadia for many years, we worked at the same Investment Bank in our early careers. She was always a smart, highly skilled and lovely colleague. We stayed in touch and recently she started to coach my son to secure a year placement while studying Economics and Finance. It’s such a competitive market and there is so much pressure on these young minds, with many rounds and tasks to complete. He applied for many roles and received rejections but every step of the way she coached him and helped him to be resilient, learn from every knock back and go again. Her insights into what these companies are looking for, the process and the approach to take helped him hone his skills and eventually he received two offers to choose from. He was beyond excited, as was Nadia, who had lived this with him too!
