I had to pay for extra postage
I had to pick them up at the post office because I had to pay an extra $1.10 for postage. Other then that I guess everything was fine. I just received them yesterday because I wasn't home when they attempted to deliver them yesterday.

Unfortunately this was USPS's error. The package was shipped with postage paid at the commercial rate (like all of our shipments) and USPS modified the charge to the retail rate. Customer was refunded for the extra postage charge. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Great website for Color Street
The nails are authentic and very cute. The price was discounted which was nice, and they arrived quickly. The only reason for giving 4 stars is because no tracking information is provided for your order.
