You can improve by being honest
You can improve by being honest! I got my payroll card and nothing was on it. I did not get my card until May 7th and it was for payroll in November 2023. I called and was told they would send me another card, so on May 14 I called to get my activation code and they refused to give it to me. I called every day and was told that the account was closed, then another time they told me that someone had cashed my payroll check! I asked for a copy of the check so I could take it to the local police department fraud department and they refused to send me my check. I know that $463.65 does not seem like a lot of money, however in this time of high prices it would help buy some groceries and pay some rent.
Fraudulent pending charges
I only been using wisely for a couple of months and they are throwing pending charges on me that I had nothing to do with. They are with holding money from my account saying they will release it Saturday. I called customer service 6 times and every time I had to talk to a foreigner that I could barely understand. Come to find out customer service is handled in India. Beware of this service. They can put a pending charge on your account without your permission and make you wait 6 days before they release it and there is nothing you can do about it. As soon as I get this strait I'm withdrawing my funds and moving on away from this nightmare.

I have my wisley card and put my tax money on it and I have an amount of 2,745 USD and I have not used my card for a while, then when I started to use it, they locked my card and kept declining. I asked them to unlock the card, the agent tells me that the card takes two days to unlock. And the reason they locked it is because they noticed that my account stayed at the amount for a while and it automatically locks when they don’t notice any transactions for up to an week. But the problem is that this has been going on for two weeks. I make one transaction then later again, it locks! This is so stressful for me. I could be stuck in the middle of the road and at any given moment, it will lock on me. And god knows what will happen to my money!

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Deposited a check on the mobile app - then they tell me to write void on it and it didn’t go through (as they claim) I call the check owner and they claim it did process through them and I NEVER received the money. They have the worst customer service I have ever received.
unbelievable rip off
unbelievable rip off. Try to with draw money (they only have really shady ATM, like gas station. Security check by Text. ok, not unreasonable. Then you find out that they charge $50 (yes you read that correctly) for text verification. $50 for them to ask you if they have permission to give you your money.

This company is horrible my card been hacked twice in 6 months I've been charged $25 to get a replacement card in 3 days instead of having to wait 10 days and I have to wait 45 days to get my money back this is not my fault that my card keeps getting hacked this is . wisely lack of security my card was used in Davenport Florida I've never been to Davenport Florida they took $300... I need my $ to pay my bills I'm stressing of who I'm gonna pay my rent back ..6 months ago is $547 they made me wait til the 45th day to get my money it don't take 45 days to handle dispute
I will discourage everyone at my job to not use the wisely card and anybody I ever see in public or anything I will tell them do not use wisely ADM wisely is horrible customer service they do not care about their card holders they just hold your money even though you don't they know you did not do that transaction they don't care they will hold that money for 45 days regardless I will discourage everyone for the rest of my life to not use them wisely card
I think nobody charged my card except wisely put the fraudulent charge on there so they can take my $300 hold it for 45 days and charge me $25 to get a replacement card there are too many people getting hacked too many times for this issue to continue obviously either wisely is doing it themselves or they do not care that somebody is hacking into their accounts they obviously do not care about their card holders

I had my card compromised and it has been a NIGHTMARE ever since! They denied me the 1st time so I sent a request to re-open and now am STILL waiting for it to be resolved even though I've called Ebay myself to do the "investigating" for them but they still won't give me my money. Their resolution letter had no reason for it being denied in the 1st place and here I am still waiting for my money months later. They are rude and not willing to help what so ever when I call and refuse to help me resolve in a timely manner after I even did their job for them. STAY AWAY FROM WISELY!!!!

I only use this card cause of my work. But customer service is poor. I keep getting decline notifications when the payment already posted . This card has robbed me of funds and they don’t want to admit it. Their customer service is overseas and they don’t know how to keep track of accounting or billing issues. Takes weeks to get back money

This whole company is a scam. I have yet to receive dispute paper work and was told I have to wait 90 days for the investigation to be complete. I’ve had them resend the paper work twice and yet still nothing. The supervisors can’t help you, and literally tells you the same thing the customer service rep says. I have lost over 1,000 dollars and they told me welp at this point only thing you can do is wait. The worse bank ever, please don’t use them.

I've had this card for a few years for my part time jobs. Fast forward I lost the card Saturday night called immediately explained the situation great ordered a new one I said expedite it because I had checks coming he said sure it'll be Wednesday so Wednesday comes nothing I call later that evening speak with another rep the gentleman never processed my new card request.So who's to blame for late fees and for my bills because 3days has turned into 5 days. So who ultimately bares the blame?

These people are scammers they are disgusting there selves & sending text messages to customers to hacked our accounts took over 2k and transferred to a debit card. Wisely dispute unit doesn’t help the same person that called to scam me sound exactly like the customer service agents. They closed the dispute in TWO DAYS with no evidence after they made me wait 10 days to supposedly receive paperwork that I never got to send in the proof.

I highly advise everyone to stay away from wisely and adp. They are very suspicious. I have had an account with them for only a few months so far. The last week has been very difficult to access my money. Been told to wait 48 hrs. Blah blah blah. After a week of the same issues of not being able to access my hard earned money. I called up customer service. I had a representative accuse me of being a gambler and told my transactions were being flagged as fraudulent. .. I had to tell them several times I wanted to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor claimed their name was "ringy" and told me they saw nothing wrong and that I should have no issues. Yet I cannot spend my money because I am getting denied left and right due to card status. I will be ending all business with this bank after this
A joke of a card
Wouldn't recommend this card at all, even if it was the only debit (or whatever it is) card on earth. I was able to withdraw cash from this thing, but not able to deposit any money back on it, so what's the point? Also, mine doesn't have a chip on it, only a swipe tab, so again, what's the point? Finally, there are certain fees (some of which are way expensive) to do any transaction, what's the point? Overall, do not use.

This company is not legit for US users. I believe the company sells our information are stills it themselves. I've gotten money taken out and increments of $1 that added up to 40 bucks. They did an investigation and said that it was me that used it. Now today I found out that somebody used my card again after getting a new one for 500 bucks to Apple bill from New Jersey somewhere and I live in California. If I could give zero stars I would but you can't. This company is a fraud. Do not use it
Cust Service basically nonexistent
Wisely kept emailing and targeting me w "Upgrade Your Card" ads. It doesn't cost anything, so I finally did it. To do so, you have to upload 2 pieces of ID on their site. I was able to upload one, but their site didn't give an option to upload the 2nd ID. Since I didn't upload two IDs, not only was my card not upgraded they're now saying they're going to cancel my account altogether. I called in to their CS department yesterday (2/14). Was told the only dept that can reverse the cancelation is open only 10a-3p PST, so call back the next day. I call back the next day, they said I'm not supposed to call them, but that that dept is going to call me. I asked from what # cause I don't pick up random numbers, they said they don't know. I asked is there an email address I can reach someone instead, they said no. This is definitely a company I would NOT trust with anything, least of all $.

This company is an absolute joke. They have literally stolen 800 or so dollars from me. They don't let you get wire transfers or any type of service that is considered modern. Avoid this POS company at all costs.
