I've been hosting with mywindowshosting for just over year now and am about to renew and it seemed a good time to share my very positive experience of using their lowest priced shared hosting package to host demos and prototypes. Everything just worked, domains and site setups are easy to manage using the web interface and the tech support is decent and available 24/7. I'm in the UK and work unsocial hours so its good to know there's someone out there if I need guidance with anything.

Lack of information during server outages, no useful support, activation of bots on critical issues, unable to contact them by phone, and frustration at 100%.

No support also on collateral issues during mail services down. Do not go with them.

Email not working correctly for over 2 days, with at least a couple of months worth of emails completely missing. Several tech support tickets posted with no response or resolution. Until 2 days ago, this was a 5-star hosting company.

Servers are down since last 10 hours, no update from them, I got a reply to my ticket "incident happened in Las Vegas Data Center." how long its going to take, its very hard to when all your business stopped. all my 35 staff are doing nothing since morning.
