I ordered creatine from MyVitamins two weeks ago, mainly because they advertised the fastest delivery—within 2 working days. However, it didn’t arrive until 3 days after the expected delivery date. At that point, I was already disappointed, but I let it go.
The bigger issue was how the parcel was delivered. The driver left it outside my house in a box, claiming it was a “safe place.” I never authorised this, especially since I live in an area where parcels left outside have a high chance of being stolen. I expected it to be handed to a family member. By the time I got home, I found the box was left open and the parcel was gone.
I contacted MyVitamins immediately and explained the situation. The first thing they asked was whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I clearly chose a refund, as I didn’t want to wait another 5 days—especially since I was in the middle of a creatine loading phase.
Despite this, a staff member later contacted me saying they were sending a replacement anyway. I explained again that I didn’t want to wait and had already bought creatine from a shop. The only downside was I had to get powder instead of pills, which I find less convenient, but I couldn’t afford to delay any longer.
Even after clearly requesting a refund (and I have screenshots to prove this), they kept insisting I accept the replacement and then return it via the post office. I explained that I work night shifts and sleep during the day, and post offices usually close early, so this wasn’t practical. I also mentioned that if the parcel was left outside again, I wouldn’t be responsible.
Eventually, a staff member named Brandon confirmed that a refund had been processed and would arrive within 3–5 working days. I thought the issue was finally resolved. However, after 5 working days passed with no refund, I contacted them again.
This time, another staff member, Priniesha, told me they needed to open an investigation into the missing parcel. This made no sense, as the issue had already been addressed and I had been told the refund was processed. When I questioned this, my concerns were ignored, and I kept receiving repeated, generic responses about the investigation taking 2 working days.
At one point, it felt like my messages weren’t even being read. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. You cannot tell a customer that a refund has been processed and then backtrack without explanation.
It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t got my money back instead I’ve been lied to and told to wait even longer now before they’ll even say anything.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from MyVitamins again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. It’s also very difficult to contact them, as their phone line doesn’t work. Once they have your money, it feels nearly impossible to get proper support.

My order went back to the company as they couldn't locate my address. The address I provided included house number, street name, town, postcode etc. No reason for not being able to find it.
