I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to fulfill my heart’s desire to become a yoga teacher. MVP gives this opportunity being affordable yet providing the highest level of educational materials, support and encouragement. All the bundles they offer, lectures and videos that are available even after you finish the course- I can’t thank them enough!

Authentic, affordable, accessible!

I was skeptical at first with taking online yoga training even after practicing 8+ years continually as a yogi student. The timing was right in my life, so I decided to take the plunge and get certified. The pricing was fantastic and I learned a lot through this platform.

I was able to share my knowledge with my yoga instructor from pieces she didn't learn in her yoga in-person certification class and the course taught me a lot on how to deal with emotions internally and help let certain things go.

I was very impressed with the presentations and the course manual and have reccomended this online course to a few others who were interested in becoming certified.

What I loved the most is, this is a truly go at your own pace course. I started this course right before I knew I was pregnant and was able to complete modules and exercises when I could. You can get certified and finish the course in 5-6 weeks or take longer, upwards to a year plus if you needed to.

The teachers really dove into the hows and whys and gave a full rounded overview in the 200 YTT course.

I highly recommend this platform if you are looking to be certified, you won't regret it. It's also easier on the budget.

The instructor’s are very knowledgeable, the curriculum is easy to follow yet challenging. I have enjoyed my complete experience with My Vinyasas Practice, their response time is always quick. I will continue to work with them as I grow my practice.

I recently completed my 200 hr YTT, and in short could not be happier with everything. The course layout, and materials provided ensure complete success. Everything you need is included. This is self-paced, which is perfect for me, as we all have busy lives. The most common question I get is - How difficult is the course ? - Rest assured, even if you have never set foot on a yoga mat, you will be just fine. Once you finish, you'll know you're ready to begin your teaching adventure. Everyone at MVP is extremely professional, experienced, and readily available. As I said, you really can't go wrong here. If you want a quality YTT, this is the right place.

My Vinyasa Practice was amazing! I did my 200 hour YTT with them and am currently enrolled in the 300 hr.

I searched for so long to find a YTT program that offered 100% online teaching that allowed for a flexible schedule, while also being at a reasonable price. MVP offers all of that and more. The community you are immersed in is so supportive and encouraging. There are lectures and other community offerings that you can either join live or watch later if the live times don’t work with your schedule. Michelle and the other teachers are so knowledgeable about yoga and are so willing to help in any way they can. I really wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so affordable but from the minute I started, I was thrilled with my decision and almost immediately enrolled in the 300 hr so I could continue to learn and grow as a yoga teacher.

They also offer peer support that answers any questions fairly quickly so you know you’re on the right path as you learn. I highly encourage anyone who is thinking about becoming a yoga teacher, or even if you just want to broaden your knowledge of yoga, to enrol in the 200 hr YTT with My Vinyasa Practice.

Deciding to get my 200YTT certification with My Vinyasa Practice was one od the best decisions in my life. I'm very satisfied with the level od knowledge I gained, with the way materials were presented and with the level of professionalism from everyone included. Would definitely recommend it
