To be honest
To be honest, the ratings and reviews should be display and don't delete them, I faced biggest headache when I was filling my LLC and resale certificate .
When I asking, in how many days my documents will be completed, they replied in 30 business days. But I received my LLC in more than 3 months and also I waited for more than 3 months after LLC.
So I,m not in favour to work through this company otherwise the choice is yours .

Domestication smooth process
I hired MyUSA to domesticate my corporation in Florida and dissolve it in Arizona. MyUSA handled all of it. The process was worry free, easy, professional, and all my questions were answered promptly. Today I actually received the final paperwork. Very pleased.

Even i paid for Agent but NO help
"I encountered a transparency issue regarding the information provided. MyUSACorporation directed me to submit BOI reporting services through HarborCompliance.com and informed me via email that I needed to pay $200 to avoid daily fines. After making the payment to Harbor Compliance, I conducted further investigation and discovered that the information provided by MyUSACorporation was incorrect. They should have guided me transparently to resolve the issue, especially since it was unnecessary to pay $200 to Harbor Compliance. Additionally, Harbor Compliance was not mentioned in the agreement during the registration of my LLC."
