I retired from One North Wealth Services as of 6/1 and Carrie Cline-Parker has been tireless in her efforts to process my rollover requests. I was a plan Trustee and had to be removed as such prior to being able to do the rollovers. The company owner - a fine, fine young man - in addition to being busy with client services, needed help in completing the paperwork to complete the termination and Carrie was very patient and thorough in her efforts.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. You are not just a number like you might be with the big firms.

We have terminated our 401-K plan a couple of years ago and we still received phenomenal service from the customer success specialist Andi Reyman. She resolved our issues and followed up every step of the way! REALLY A++++++++

ROBBY FORSYTHE is amazing. He is a very responsible, knowledgeable, and honest person. He explained everything regarding the UBIQUITY 401 (k) plan. He always returns emails and calls. Even now, when we aLREady participate in 401k plan but I have questions , he tries to extend himseld , to help

Had an issue with my calculations and the my rep jumped in to take care of them. It's great when a company works hard to make a happy customer! I am really happy with where I'm at and with the result of using Ubiquity.

I really don't want to deal with the 401K requirements. Every time I reach out to Ubiquity I get very good team members who are very helpful and responsive.

The wait time before speaking to a live agent was very short. And the agent was thorough and resolved all of my questions. The email response time was pretty fast as well, I received a response within two business days.

Horrible customer service, wait time for your own money is ridiculously high and take too many taxes out. They send your money by wire which most banks won't even except wire transfers anymore not modern day ACH payments like everyone else.

You say it was a payment issue but haven't worked for that company since May so you mean to tell me they haven't paid since then shouldn't my money have already been in a trust account .
