I have to visit another site to get rewards.
I have a credit card with them. They forced me to accept electronic statements to avoid $1.99 a month charge. I get rewards from this account and without any instructions whatsoever, they made me link my card to some other account and none of the associates at the store had any idea how to do it or to help me in any way. The website chat help was horrible as well with Sydney the AI wanting to help me out when they couldn't possibly have done so. I ended up telling them I think they're trying to steal my rewards from me (and you) and I'm still not so sure that that's not true. I suspect that they're also doing this to other people besides me. I have multiple cards with rewards on them and I don't have to go to multiple websites to make things connected. I believe they make it difficult to try to rip you off by frustrating you into just ignoring them. At one time when I talked to them I told them I think you're really Comenity and they denied that, but their customer service sucks on the same level.
