I have to visit another site to get rewards.

I have a credit card with them. They forced me to accept electronic statements to avoid $1.99 a month charge. I get rewards from this account and without any instructions whatsoever, they made me link my card to some other account and none of the associates at the store had any idea how to do it or to help me in any way. The website chat help was horrible as well with Sydney the AI wanting to help me out when they couldn't possibly have done so. I ended up telling them I think they're trying to steal my rewards from me (and you) and I'm still not so sure that that's not true. I suspect that they're also doing this to other people besides me. I have multiple cards with rewards on them and I don't have to go to multiple websites to make things connected. I believe they make it difficult to try to rip you off by frustrating you into just ignoring them. At one time when I talked to them I told them I think you're really Comenity and they denied that, but their customer service sucks on the same level.

$4,000 in surprise charges.

They put the wrong birthday, now I cant access my account. Due to this they locked my account down then charged my $4,000. Now I cant pay on my account and they are acting debt.

Unable to make payments information is correct

I have care credit through synchronization bank. The problem is logging in to make payments is impossible this happen a few this ago and seems to be an ongoing problem. Making me wonder if they do this on purpose to make you miss your payment so they can stick you with high intrest . Im not happy with them .

I have had 3 accounts with them for…

I have had 3 accounts with them for several years Never Missed a Payment never been late they dropped My credit limit Almost $2000 All at once, No reason for it No warning. Dropped my credit score 26 points . Have one card left with a balance will pay it off and never use Any of these cards again worst company ever!

Wrun as fast & far as possiblle

Worst possible you'll ever find. My fault should have read fine print but when your all numbed up in a dentist chirp it's a bit hard. Anyways interest rate absolutely ridiculous, can't use a card to pay bill and they make almost impossible to pay on time thus able to charge that incredible rate. Mind you my credit is right at 800 still interest in high 20's low 30's. Paying off and never again if it was the last/only choice offered life or death.

SICK AND TIRED OF THE PAYMENT SYSTEM CAUSING PAYMENT ISSUES SO SYNCHRONY CAN CHARGE HIGH FEES FOR PROFIT¡nchrony robot will not let you speak…

Synchrony robot will not let you speak to a human agent. My account is on autopsy and it charged the monthly payment and then put the account into collection for nonpayment and charged 41.00 fee.
In the last year 174. Dollars has been charged in fees. I have had all my cards on autopsy. The system is fraudulent! The system takes a crlard off auto pay. I have had to call in and get it put back on by an agent and it still gets reversed on random synchrony cards. This month my Brakesplus card was charged payment and the it reverse credit of my payment and then charged a 41.00 fee????? I want to speak to a human and by pass the robot!

first they closed my Amazon card that I had for 2 years out of the blue for no apparent reason, never late, never over limit. then they reduced my Sam's Club to $100 and again never had any issues. then my Lowe's went from $700 to $100 after I used it for the first time. never got a statement, but website said No payment due every time I checked. then had issues with website and when i finally did the due date showed as May 4 and interest and a late charge of $30 and a note that I was over my credit limit. this was for stuff bought the end of April. similar experience with Belk, reduced credit from $3000 to $600 right after Christmas and again was first time I used it a couple times. actually paid balance in full first month, then next time paid half when I got the statement and finished paying the next month. similar experience with 76 card. this company is without a doubt one of the absolute worst financial companies I have ever dealt with in the more than 50 years since I was old enough to have my own bank account and credit in my name. their policies and procedures border on being criminal and customer service is next to non-existent. it's a shame so many good, reputable retailers have these crooks handle their store credit cards. I want to just cancel every single card so bad and never do business with them in any way, shape, or form but will heed the advice from financial experts and keep the accounts open and just never, ever use them again. avoid them at all cost. I'll restrict myself to cash only if I ever want to get anything from any of the retailers they represent or do without. one star is far too generous.

I've had my account for a few years

I've had my account for a few years, haven't had a missed or late payment, and my account was closed out of the blue...I was told it was due to my credit score, my score is 680 the same as when I bought the damn expensive bed, I jus don't agree with their policy

Every single time I try logging in it’s a NIGHTMARE. I use password management and I never have issues logging in anywhere else. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. STAY AWAY. They make it so difficult to pay your bills. Never again after I pay them off. Dirty. Bas*ards

Do NOT borrow money from them

Worst caring company I have ever had to deal with using for a loan! When you aren't rich and have to borrow money do not use them. We had a winter storm that rook a tree down and it ripped out electricity right out of the house and it was thousands of dollars to fix. Well we were recommend by the electrician to use them for a loan. We did and if you are late you will be charged double and then your mo they fee will also double for the next month. So if you are still struggling and make a payment even a day late you get double punished from them and they talk to you like well I guess you should just make the payments. I get it it's a company that loaned you money but seriously double punishment for it even though you are still getting your money!!

Consumers beware!

Only creditor that will close your account for paying on time. Ty is is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. Moving forward I will not do business with businesses that use their products or services!

Bad Experience

Unfortunately, I always have problems with the Synchrony's payment system, and the customer service representatives never really resolve the problems. I wish Amazon would work with a different bank.
