Alex was great with a technical query for an older product - very helpful, so bought two remote control light switches (Varilight). I'd say above and beyond normal - very professional, Thanks :-)

We are here to serve you! We sell Varilight Products mainly due to the high quality, low returns rate and 35+ colour ranges that are desirable for any house, flat or commercial property. We offer Data and Power Grid in the majority of Varilight ranges creating bespoke items, plus Varilight's new range The Matrix, a self-assembly product which allows customers to choose face plates and separate dimming and switching modules, this helps to minimize wastage. We have a dedicated Tech & Sales Team, to answer all questions promptly, and as we are located on the same site as Varilight Headquarters, have a direct line to all the departments at Varilight. We receive 3 orders from Varilight daily, so we can maximise on how much we can dispatch each day, and this is delivered to us on foot (and trolley!) to greatly reduce Carbon Footprints. Bespoke products are available on request, please email us if you require this. Any products that are out of stock, are assembled daily for us, so we can make sure orders placed before Midday on weekdays are despatched the same day. In addition to Varilight we also offer accessories we feel are needed, such as, Downlights, LEDs and Wall Boxes. Also in the Family of Products, are our Wood Ranges, these may take a little longer to send as they are hand made, but are made consciously and in respect with the FSC Association. We send out our products fast and efficiently, in packaging that are made from recycled materials only, and that are totally compostable, making a global alliance with Mother Nature. Good value but not postal and taxes cost outside of UK
My experience was good dealing with Myswitchshop.
But sadly my 3.75 pounds turned in to €35 euro after tax, duty etc was added
As much as would like to buy more product from Myswitchshop the tax and duty will inhibit me.

Fantastic Service and Great Products
I was after some sockets and swtiches and ordered from My Switch Shop. After placing the order I realised I had made a mistake and ordered incorrectly. I contacted them to advise of my mistake with a view to returning the products (once received of course!) and placing a replacement order. Not only did they manage to very swifly cancel the order and provide a full refund but took the time to talk to me to ensure that what I was ordering was indeed what I needed and would be fit for purpose. They couldn't have been more helpful and personable. Was a delight to deal with and will be ordering again.

Good prices but delivery delays…
The website said they had the parts in stock but I was emailed a day later to tell me there would be a slight delay. Parts eventually turned up. On the plus side they responded to customer enquiries quickly and there prices are pretty good.
