Bought my first mystery shirt a few months ago and now started a subscription. Brilliant choice of tops and great service too. The shirt I received this month didn’t fit right so I was able to send back and get a new top which fits perfectly. Really easy to avoid any teams/ leagues you don’t want which makes it even better

Great quality, great variety and bonuses, not necessarily for bigger people though.
I'm happy with the quality of the shirts I have received so far, and appreciate the stickers as extras, as well as the random extra shorts I got which matched one of my shirts (a matching scarf or hat in the winter season for another or the same shirt might also be greatly appreciated).
I am however knocking one star off due to a personal issue. I normally order a 2XL Big and Tall or 3XL shirt for most UK sizes, however manufacturers have different standards for what they consider at each level. As a result, half of the shirts I receive are tight, an " measurement instead would be much preferable, as this would provide much closer consistency.
For other larger people I imagine they would share this issue with me, the largest option is 3XL, but I imagine with some manufacturers I would need a 5XL to receive the same fit. Again, an " requirement would be better.
I am thankfully losing weight steadily, so I imagine the slightly tight ones will fit within a few months.

We completely understand how frustrating that can be when you’re expecting the same fit each time.
Your suggestion of using actual measurements rather than relying solely on the manufacturer’s stated size is really useful feedback, and we’ll certainly pass this on to the team. We’re always looking at ways to improve the mystery football shirt experience and make sure our customers receive a fit they’re comfortable with.
