I’ve been using a different mystery kit company for a while now and with each request got pretty basic shirts. Which random but still not what we asked for (bright and received black).

I found Boxd and saw discounts thought, this is worth a try. I put in a request for no UK teams and bright coloured. The shirt was great, bright blue and patterned (I can’t remember which team but my partner loved by it). He loves bright random shirts that are unusual and not common so this was an absolute win.
I also saw they did mystery shorts and these were also a huge hit. For the price of shirts and shorts you can’t go wrong! Although I got them for a birthday present and now need to order more mystery shorts because he was so happy at these I can’t not!

I asked for no Uk or African nations shirts and if possible to have a ligue 1 or serie A shirt and was blown away with the gear I got sent for my son’s birthday present. We went for the 5 items kids package and we will definitely be BACK to start his new football adventures

I ordered the mystery box with 5 items for my son and it came within 2/3 days. I opened it and we received a shirt he already had, I emailed Matty to ask if it was possible to exchange and within a few hours a new shirt had been sent! I have heard of other companies doing the same thing but given my amazing experience with this company I will not go anywhere else! Thank you again Matty

I've used similar companies for mystery shirts and have never been disappointed, got top shirts like Marseille, RB Liebzig and Bilbao. Looking at their social media you're thinking you'd receive top end jerseys. Unfortunately, my experience was not like that, I received two bright orange Goa jerseys (you can see them on their "pack an order with us as there are loads below the jersey they usually pick). Customer service was good in responding and exchanging but again got a Goa shirt back and a bright yellow goalie top. Final exchange was dirty and not worth the time to exchange. I've accepted defeat with the money paid and the lack of product delivered.Won't be using again will stick to other suppliers in future.

Ordered a mystery shirt from here and it came really quick, the quality was really good! I had to contact customer service for an exchange as I needed a bigger size. Their customer service was amazing, really quick and helpful responses! Shout out to Matty for helping me through the exchange and getting back to me unbelievably quick. Will definitely be re ordering from there and I highly recommend!
