Excellent purchasing experience - dispatched and delivered very quickly, my son absolutely loved all the products in the ultimate mystery football box and customer service was excellent when I needed to contact them with a query I had. Would strongly recommend for any football mad fans out there

These guys are fantastic!!... Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas (which he was over the moon with) but it was too small... Followed the instructions on the website on how to return, sent it back and had an email the following day to discuss the exchange... What a fab company!!...

Ordered a shirt for my 13 year old nephew for Christmas from Mystery Boxd.
He loved it but unfortunately it was small on him.
Thankfully, dealing with returning it was made easy and the customer service by Matty in helping with this was very good.
My nephew now looks forward to his new shirt.

Really disappointing. £50 for 2 obscure, poor quality shirts. An exchange was offered which we took them up on (although I had to pay additional postage to return the original shirts). I couldn’t fault the swift response which came on Boxing Day. The two new shirts arrived promptly but the shirts received were just as bad. Unknown kit manufacturers and a strong probability that you will get an unknown team in Asia/Africa as 3 of the 4 shirts were Indian related and the other one was from the Libyan domestic scene. I understand the premise is a ‘mystery’ but actually these are just cheap shirts worth a tenner or less and doesn’t represent value for money. I feel a bit cheated and this is a shame as the shirts were for a Xmas present for my son. I had also asked for a shirt with a sponsorship and neither shirt had a sponsor. Both shirts were either training tops and/or at least a season old. I suspect that this isn’t getting shirts that are about to be thrown but rather a case of bulk buying cheap kits and selling them at a hefty inflated price. No offers of a refund so please be aware. I would ask for a refund but know I won’t get anywhere with this based on other reviews I’ve since seen.

I bought 3 football shirts for my grandsons for Christmas in late November 24. I bought them early just to make sure, but I need not have worried as they were despatched with in a few days.
I ordered the wrong sizes not realising how much the boys had grown, that was not a problem as a customer service adviser called Matty replied and has dealt with my exchange already and it’s only the 2nd of January.
Excellent company excellent service.

Bought a Mystery Box for my son for Xmas. Unfortunately the Leeds away top was a touch too small but Matty kindly offered a swap for a bigger size. Looking forward to seeing what’s in the box!

I would highly recommend this company. I bought my son a mystery box for Christmas, unfortunately the clothing was a bit small so I posted it back and it was replaced with bigger sizes. Customer Service was really good and got back to me within a few hours.

Matty has been excellent. My boys received two boxes for Christmas. My brother and sister both ordered them one which was a total coincidence! My boys loved the items, however, my youngest received the same shirt in both! Matty responded to my message on Boxing Day and has now confirmed a new shirt has been sent after I sent one back this morning. Excellent customer service- would highly recommend!

I secretly opened the box before Christmas Day and I wasn't sure my son would like it but he loved it!! He can’t decide to wear the shirt or preserve it!!
I had some requests about type etc and they fulfilled them perfectly. It came super quick, and with everything in it, it was nearly as cheap as buying tshirt hoodie shorts etc in primark. This will be a birthday staple!

This is such a great concept!! I found out about box’d from my godson, him and his friends absolutely love boxd and my nephew got one for a surprise from me last Xmas and now his mates love it too.

This Christmas I accidentally ordered the wrong size, messaged the site on Xmas day not expecting a reply and got a personal message from Matty with a link to exchange on Boxing Day!

I really can’t fault this company my sons shirt was too small it was a Xmas gift the company emailed me on BOXING day to explain how to return, and then told me they would replace it as soon as they received it!
I will be using this company now for all his birthday and Christmas gifts ! As at 15 he’s football mad!
