I have ordered 3 part series with order number 3586and I never received any email or videos. When contacting their support email it also uses an AI response saying
Hello ✨

this is just ridiculous as I should be able to talk to someone and they should resolve my issue or aleast provide a meaningful reply.
More then happy to change my review if someone from their team contact me and resolve this issue

I ordered the six part miniseries for my grandson.
For the cost, I expected each episode to be longer than under four minutes. The background noise of waterfalls and rivers were so loud in many places that you cannot hear the vocal narration. There was a point in episode two where Leon was talking, but no there was no sound. There were times also when they called him, Leo instead of Leon.
As an AI movie It isn't good quality at all and I think very expensive for what it was. Stories were disjointed, and sometimes the characters suddenly changed. All in all, not a great quality AI movie and very much overpriced. Very disappointed.
I tried to reach out to the company, but emails come back as undelivered so the company themselves are uncontactable.

I ordered the 3 extra videos and the next episode last week which I never received. Every time I tried to contact the company I received the same response:” Hello ✨

I sent 7 emails to their customer service explaining I never received them and got the same message 7 times. There is no number or other address for them.

I am now forced to contest the charges on my credit card. Worse customer service ever!!!

The story is great and really looks like my grandson. However, his voice is American in the film and he is English. I think you should have an option for that when you order.

After initially leaving a rather scathing review due to not receiving my order within three days of purchasing, I'm pleased to say the issue has now been resolved and the movies have been delivered.
I have to say, the quality of the videos and the likeness to the child's photo I submitted are absolutely incredible. The attention to detail is fantastic, and my grandson is going to be absolutely blown away when he sees them!
While communication and customer service could certainly be improved, the final product has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Very realistic looking and entertaining

They sent the wrong videos. I ordered two. The email confirmation I got lists both children would receive the 3 Christmas movies. I stead one got 3 princess movies and one 3 dinosaur movies. Emails get rejected and the problem is on their end. Attempts to contact on website received no answer
