We bought our spa from MySpa and also use them to have our hot tub cleaned through the year. Kathy did a brilliant job and gave us some great tips for maintaining our hot tub between cleans, she’s a great asset to the team. Highly recommend MySpa, for their great service initially in helping us to choose the right Hot Tub, and the service we now receive in keeping out Tub clean and well maintained.

At last a business that values customer service! A great experience purchasing a tub from all the team involved especially Andy, Laura and John. It’s fair to say we needed a lot of honest advice about selecting and owning a tub, and we got just that. The installation was painless and the after service care is just as good as we still bombard the team with questions about caring for the tub etc. Can’t fault them, really glad we chose My Spa UK. MySpa has always provided excellent service over the 4 years that we’ve been customers of theirs. Today was no exception. A new service engineer, Kathy, came to service our spa today and she was an absolute pleasure to have seen. She was chatty, friendly, and very knowledgeable and informative about the spa and chemicals and offered some excellent advice and tips. Keep up the great work MySpa team and thank you for consistently good service.

I couldn't fault the service provided by all of the team at MySpa. Amie was really informative and helped us choose the right tub for us. I would highly recommend a 'wet test' ! The installation team were lovely and any calls made to the office have always been returned. If you are looking for a hot tub, a visit to MySpa is a must!

First class from start to finish. The team at MySpa have gone above and beyond with the choosing, ordering, updates, delivery and supply of my hot tub and the chemicals and sundry items. Wet tests were wonderful and we got to try a selection of their top class hot tubs.

The delivery team and Sam the technician were amazing. Andy, Sarah, John and Amy are also stars.

Thanks to these guys I have my dream tub.

5 star for sales and installation team excellent the only thing that was a let down was the pre instal communication needs improving for 5 star all round . Customer needs more regular updates instead of letting them chase you up.

The team from MySpa who fitted my hot tub were so friendly and professional. They fitted our tub on the hottest day of the year in 2020 (32*!!) and they all worked tirelessly in the heat. I was really impressed with the service and I would recommend this company unreservedly to anyone considering getting their own hot tub. We love our hot tub, it brings us together as a family, de- stresses and allows us to enjoy our garden all year round! 👍🏻

Sam and his colleague arrived spot on time, were appropriately dressed in uniform and immediately took control of installing the hot tub which was not easy. Many hurdles were overcome and he managed the situation well ensuring existing garden features were only minimally disturbed. His sense of humour was deployed to great effect and he allayed many of our concerns. Very knowledgeable and personable: not only did he install the hot tub successfully but also installed the right app on my phone so that we could enjoy music with the spa experience - all without patronising us oldies at all! He also went through the chemical procedures in a lot of detail and availed himself to be of service in the future. Future improvement? Maybe a printed sheet with bullet points as well as the official booklet for nontechies such as us. Would make it easier to follow for those like us who are visual learners!

Really pleased we went with MySpa . The Spa itself is absolutely amazing but for us it was the service provided that really made the difference .
